Design With, Materials As Communication - Winner of 2021 DesignTO Best In Festival Award
Materials As Communication was a collaborative hybrid online and in person exhibition in collaboration with CAMH held during Winter 2021 and displayed at the CAMH Queen street site.
The exhibition was entered into the 2021 DesignTO festival where it was judged by a panel, and won the award of 2021 Best in Festival. I am happy to have experienced being a part of the exhibition committee as the role designer and project manager. Through the curation and sale of pieces featured in the exhibition, creation of design documents and the creation, sale and distribution of art booklets.
As a result of the in person exhibition in combination with art booklet sales our team raised over $2000 in sales, with proceeds going 100% to CAMH.
