The Twitch Project was a speculative design assignment, we were tasked with identifying signals in the market in an emerging sector and create a conceptual business model a company could implement into an ecosystem of already existing products or services. We chose Twitch as our client with a focus on AI, AR and Web3 signals, positioning Twitch's unique position in the market of streaming as an opportunity to capitalize on these emerging technologies.
This project was carried over the span of three months culminating in a final report with all of our findings and proposed business model. Below you will find the final report as well as design documents and organized process work involved in the conceptualizing of this document.
